Kono Healer, Mendokusai – Anime gets a release date

The official website for the anime “Kono Healer, Mendokusai” revealed a new promotional video for it this Saturday. The video reveals another voice actress joining the cast, the opening theme song, and the anime's premiere date of April 2022.

Therefore, the new voice actress joining the team will be Asuka Tomari, who will play the character Ortegaia, a supernatural entity in the form of a mushroom.

Aguri Ounishi sings the opening theme song “Jellyfish na Kimi e”, the song is featured in the video above. Aguri Ounishi plays the dark elf Karla, while Takuya Satou plays Karla's companion, Arvin.

Nobuaki Nakanishi will direct the anime at studio Jumondo, while Fumihiko Shimo is supervising and writing the series scripts. Chisato Kikunaga is designing the characters.

Synopsis:

In Kono Healer, Mendokusai, we follow the fantasy adventure comedy starring Karla, a dark elf cleric who has overinvested in her abilities, and Alvin, the swordsman, who has to cater to her every need.
