Fans of Tadatoshi Fujimaki's work only need to wait until March 2015 to watch the new episodes, just as they did with previous seasons.
Kuroko no Basket (黒子のバスケ, Kuroko no Basuke?), also known as Kuroko's Basketball, is a manga and anime series written and illustrated by Tadatoshi Fujimaki . The series tells the story of a basketball club trying to reach the nationals. An anime adaptation was produced by Production IG with 25 episodes originally and was soon renewed for another season with another 25 episodes.
The story revolves around the Teiko Middle School basketball team, which excelled by defeating all competition. The members of this team became known as the "Generation of Miracles." After graduating from middle school, these five stars enrolled in different high schools. Each school now had a strong basketball team. However, a fact that few knew was that there was another player from the "Generation of Miracles," a sixth "phantom player," Kuroko Tetsuya. This mysterious player is now a freshman at Seirin High, a new school with its little-known basketball team.
