TOHO has released the first teaser for the live-action film adaptation of The Promised Neverland (by Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu). According to the website, the film, based on the anime, will be released on December 18th of this year.
19-year-old actress Minami Hamabe (anohana) plays the main character Emma.
Finally, Yūichirō Hirakawa (film ERASED) is directing. Noriko Gotou is writing the film's screenplay.
