According to information published in Comic Alive , the second season of the anime Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei Raihosha-hen (The Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc) by author Tsutomu Satou will premiere on October 3rd in Japan.
The anime was previously scheduled for July and had to be postponed due to COVID-19.
Finally, Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei is directed by Risako Yoshida at Studio 8-Bit. The character designer is Kana Ishida , and Taku Iwasaki returns to compose the music.
