Masamune-kun no Revenge R has its release date changed

The official website for the Masamune-kun no Revenge (Masamune-kun no Revenge) anime revealed a new promotional video and image for “Masamune-kun no Revenge R,” the anime's second season.

Furthermore, the video announces that the season premiere will take place on July 3rd this year.

The team delayed its season opener until July due to the spread of COVID-19. The anime was previously announced for an April premiere, before the production committee re-examined the production schedule.

New cast members for the anime's second season include Miku Ito as Muriel Besson and Yasuyuki Kase as Frank Besson.

Singer Ayaka Ohashi performs the opening theme song “Please, please!”

Crunchyroll announced that it will stream the anime globally, including the Indian subcontinent but excluding the rest of Asia.

The first season of Masamune-Kun no Revenge premiered in January 2017.

Synopsis

 The story then focuses on Makabe Masamune who, when he was a child, was bullied by a girl called Adagaki Aki. Determined to take revenge, he begins a rigorous regimen of self-improvement and personal transformation. Finally, years later Masamune emerges as a new man, handsome, popular, with perfect grades and good at sports.
