Released in April 2025, the manga presents a brand new timeline called "Constant Calendar." The plot takes place on an Earth devastated by mysterious biological machines known as Kaiju. Amidst the collapse of humanity, only 258 survivors remain on the planet, while pilot Naomi uses the last Gundam, called Zirius, to protect a space evacuation mission.

The narrative also returns to the Constant Calendar year 2026, following Naomi and her friends aboard the space exploration vessel Atlantis. Thus, the premise presents a completely new setting within the franchise, distinct from the stories of Gundam: The Origin and Gundam UC.
