The official website for the Momo Kyun Sword has released a new trailer for the anime. The video showcases the setting and characters, including oni (ogres or demons) that Momoko must fight.
The story begins with a woman resembling Momotarō, a famous character from Japanese folklore. Momoko, on the other hand, is a beautiful young swordswoman who was born inside a peach (momo, in Japanese). She lives with her companions, protected by the dog god Inugami, the monkey god Sarugami, and the pheasant god Kijigami – in a peaceful paradise.
However, an army of demons led by the demon king invades paradise and steals the precious treasure that protects Momoko's land. This new anime will arrive in Japan this summer.
