A new trailer for the anime Mr. Villain's Day Off ( Kyūjitsu no Warumono-san ) has been revealed on the official website. The premiere is scheduled for January 2024 on Japanese television.

Thus, the direction is by Yoshinori Odaka (B-Daman CrossFire) at the studio Shinei Animation (Takagi-san the Master of Teasing and SynergySP (Hachinantte Sore wa Inai Deshou!)), script by Midori Gotou (Hozuki's Coolheadedness), and character design by Tomomi Shimazaki (Elegant Yokai Apartment Life).

Synopsis:
The story follows a terrorist organization from another planet that attempts to conquer Earth. But an extraterrestrial from this organization called "General" fights tirelessly against Earth's defenders every day in a life-or-death battle! However, today is his day off.
