magazine Weekly Shonen Jump, published by Shueisha, revealed on Monday that the anime Boku no Hero Academia will receive a new two-episode special that will premiere in Japanese theaters from June 16 to 19 before being streamed online.
One of the episodes will feature an original story centered on professional baseball-loving heroes who form the "League of Baseball Heroes".
This season, the Orcas, led by Gang Orca, and the Lionels, led by Shishido, are competing for the top spot. Both teams are determined to win, and so they ask for support from the students of UA. All players can use their Quirks during the game.
Shueisha will reveal details of the second episode of the special at a later date. It's worth remembering that the sixth season of My Hero Academia premieres in the fall.
