According to the 47th issue of this year's Weekly Shonen Jump , the character Itsuka Kendo will join the cast of the game My Hero One's Justice 2 via DLC . She will therefore be the third DLC character for the game.
My Hero One's Justice 2 was released in Japan for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One on March 12th, and was only then released for PS4, Switch, Xbox One, and PC via Steam in the Americas on March 13th.
