The official Twitter My One-Hit Kill Sister anime revealed the artists behind the ending theme song and the adaptation's April 8 .
My One-Hit Kill Sister – Anime premiere date revealed
Virtual girl group VALIS performs the ending theme song “Mukyu Platonic”.
The anime will therefore premiere on the Tokyo MX channel on April 8th, BS Fuji and other channels will also air it.

Hiroaki Takagi (The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated!) is directing the anime at Gekkou. Yohei Kashii (Battle Athletes Victory ReSTART!) is then responsible for the series' scripts. Yuji Hamada is designing the characters, while Maho Tanabe is responsible for designing the sub-characters. Kenichi Kanagawa is therefore credited for monster design. Kenichi Kurata is the art director, while Ryota Katsuta and Maki Yamamoto are the color artists. Lastly, Atsushi Tamura is the director of photography composition.
Girl group TrySail performs the anime's opening theme song “Karei One Turn”.
Additionally, Crunchyroll will stream the anime as soon as it airs.
Synopsis
The story follows Asahi Ikusaba, an ordinary high school boy who is accidentally transported to a magical fantasy world. Asahi is ready to have fun using his knowledge of games and isekai stories to thrive in this new world, but it turns out that his skills are very weak, especially compared to his older sister, Maya Ikusaba, who arrived in the new world with the most powerful and deceptive skills imaginable.
