Netflix 's streaming service has announced an anime adaptation of ' Garouden: The Way of the Lone Wolf '. It will premiere on May 23, 2024.

Therefore, Atsushi Ikariya (SABAKUI BISCO) is directing the series at the animation studio NAZ, with series composition by Sadayuki Murai and character designs by Ikariya and Momoko Kawai.
Synopsis Garouden:
Fleeing his troubled past, Juzo is forced to compete in a deadly underground fighting tournament. Skilled in the respected martial art of Takemiya-ryu, Juzo must navigate a path filled with formidable enemies and his own personal demons – all while dealing with a three million yen bounty on his head and a detective on his trail.
