Netflix has revealed some more exciting news about its live-action series , based on the anime and manga Yu Yu Hakusho by Yoshihiro Togashi . According to the image, we can see actor Jun Shison as Kurama Youko .
Kazutaka Sakamoto is the executive producer of the live-action adaptation. Akira Morii is producing the adaptation at Robot. The Yu Yu Hakusho live-action series is scheduled to premiere in December 2023 on Netflix.

In short, Yu Yu Hakusho follows the story of Yusuke Urameshi, a delinquent who, in an uncharacteristic act of altruism, is hit by a car and killed while trying to save a little boy by pushing him out of the way.
