Synopsis
After a traffic accident, Kazuma Sato's short and disappointing life should have ended, but he wakes up to find a beautiful girl before him. She claims to be Aqua, a goddess, and asks him if he would like to go to another world, taking only one thing from this world with him. Kazuma decides to take the goddess herself, and they are transported to a fantasy world full of adventure, ruled by a demon king. Konosuba originated as a light novel and inspired the production of two anime seasons. The first season premiered in January 2016, while the second season premiered in January 2017. Additionally, the franchise received a film titled KONOSUBA – God's Blessing on This Wonderful World – Legend of Crimson , which premiered in Japan in August 2019.
Finally, the light novel ended with its 17th volume, released in May 2020.
