The second trailer for the OVA (original video animation) of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kaku Outbreak has been released. The Special takes place in the same Hinamizawa village as the previous stories, only now that village has been completely isolated due to a mysterious virus that spread in 1983, and Keiichi Maebara and Rena Ryugu have to live with the outbreak.
