The February issue of Shogakukan's Coro Coro Comics reveals more details for this year's XY Pocket Monster: Hakai No Mayu ( Pokémon XY: Cocoon of Destruction ). film is scheduled to premiere on July 19th in Japan.
The magazine reveals that the film will include many legendary and mythical Pokémon revolving around a magnificent battle between Yveltal and Xerneas , and suggests that the film's title, " Coconut of Destruction ," is a reference to Yveltal.
Coro Coro Comics also reveals that fans will be able to vote for the gift, which will be included with the purchase of advance tickets, choosing between one of the four little monsters that will be featured in the accompanying short anime film “Pikachu, Kore Nanno Kagi?”: Jirachi, Victini, Manaphy, and Darkrai.
The first film related to the XY will feature Mega Evolutions, just like in the Nintendo 3DS , and will introduce new adventures in the Kalos region with the characters Ash , Citron , Eureka and Serena .
Director Satoshi Tajiri is working alongside Kunihiko Yuyama to adapt the games, as he has done in most of the films.
