My name is Rafael Alves, known as Shinzo. I created the AnimeNew website in 2009 to offer news about anime, manga, and games directly from Japan.

eFootball has embraced the anime with a special collaboration with Naruto 's free simulator Konami.

The highlight is Neymar Jr., who appears dressed as Naruto Uzumaki in a promotional video. In the video, the striker uses stylized moves like the Rasengan, while wearing the classic orange outfit. The material also features gameplay footage with the new skins.

Players get skins of famous characters

Besides Neymar, other names in world football have received versions inspired by popular characters. Takefusa Kubo takes on the role of Sasuke, while Robert Lewandowski appears as Kakashi. Luka Modric appears as Itachi, and Martin Odegaard represents Shikamaru within the campaign.

The event offers special rewards and challenges

Available until May 14, 2026, the promotion includes login bonuses and AI challenges based on the rivalry between Naruto and Sasuke. Players can unlock content such as Pain and Tobi skins, as well as themed items in the stadium.

In the so-called Campaign Hub, accumulated points become rewards such as decorations inspired by Kurama and Susanoo. There are also special events, evolution items, and exclusive goal animations. The collaboration reinforces the appeal of crossovers in games and expands the experience within the free-to-play eFootball.
