Synopsis Omae Gotoki ga Maou:
Despite having zero attributes, Flam was chosen to join the hero's group by a divine oracle. Her only ability is "Inversion," the workings of which remain a mystery. As expected, she proved completely useless in battle, yet still diligently worked to help her companions. However, Jean, a sage renowned for his talent, began to despise her and constantly humiliated her, until he finally forcibly sold her to a slave trader. Even there, Flam was mistreated as if useless and, as if that weren't enough, was chosen as entertainment to be devoured by a monster. She faces two choices: take a "Cursed Sword" that kills whoever wields it—left as a joke by the trader—or be devoured alive by the monster. When she chooses to resist until the end, her life begins to "invert.
However, the illustrations for the work are by Kinta and kodamazon, and the manga adaptation has also become a great success, leading the series to surpass the mark of 415,000 copies sold.
