Chapter 1147 of One Piece, titled "Things We Fear," features intense and decisive moments in the Egghead and Elbaf. The cover is another chapter from the mini-story "The Substitute Pilgrimage of the Golden Harvest of the Oni Child Yamato," and shows Raizō thanking Yamato with onigiri, while Tama hugs him affectionately.
In this chapter, we discover what happened before Saint Shepherd Sommers on Robin. Saul warns that the God Knights are immortal and nearly impossible to defeat—therefore, they need to hide and protect the children.
Meanwhile, Gunko manages to capture part of the Straw Hat, but is interrupted by Sommers. He asks her to release the pirates, as he doesn't want trouble with a Yonkou.
The interaction between Gunko and Brook steals the show with a memorable dialogue:
Gunko: “Spend the rest of your life creating music for me… Become my slave!!”
Brook: “Forgive me, miss…
But from the day I received this second life from my captain Straw Hat Luffy, I swore my loyalty to him.”
Gunko: “And what if I say I’ll kill you if you refuse?”

While Jinbei searches for a way to neutralize Gunko, we see a hilarious and epic sequence: the Great Eirik ship, belonging to the Giant Warrior Pirates, crashes after the warriors panic upon encountering dream monsters that resemble their wives—only gigantic!
In the climax, Sommers appears riding a thorny serpent-dragon, asserting his authority. He reveals that he has captured ten children, including Gaban's son, and demands the destruction of Elbaf's schools and libraries, as well as complete loyalty to the World Government.
At that moment, Gaban finds Ripley, who asks him to go save her son. Then, the veteran dashes off to rescue Colon, while Robin prepares for combat.
They both declare together:
Robin & Gaban: "We won't let that happen!!!"
Prepare yourselves, because the war against the Gods of Imu is only beginning!

According to the official MANGA Plus, the new chapter will be released in Japan at midnight on April 28, 2025 (Japan Standard Time – JST). With the battle between the Straw Hat Pirates and the Holy Knights in full swing, expectations are high to see new confrontations unfold.
