Episode 3 of the third season of One Punch Man reignited criticism surrounding the anime. After a shaky start and a brief improvement in the second chapter, the latest episode was harshly criticized by fans due to inconsistent animation, chaotic direction , and rushed pacing. What should have been an epic moment ended up becoming a symbol of the decline in quality the series has been experiencing.
I thought #OnePunchMan was just fine this week. I was expecting a bit more from the Garou fight so yeah.

Hellfire flame Vs gale wind had some decent stuff in it. But yeah ep was pretty average in my opinion pic.twitter.com/98MgLEe2Jp
The fights and dialogues happen in such a fast-paced sequence that there's hardly time to appreciate the plot. Garou's defeat occurs in a few seconds, and although there are brief moments of well-executed action, the lack of technical cohesion dominates the episode. The final battle's apartment Saitama seem empty and without narrative purpose.
A production that has lost its essence

The new direction seems incapable of balancing the parody and grandeur that have always marked One Punch Man. The humor of the new season and the visual exaggeration of manga 's ONE 's art Yusuke Murata have disappeared in the face of a rushed and soulless montage. Thus, the anime loses its identity and delivers a result that sounds more like a rough draft than a sequel that has been anticipated for years.
Therefore, with only three episodes released, the future of the season is uncertain. Although there is still hope for occasional action moments, the technical issues and pressure on the studio are undermining audience confidence. Can One Punch Man still recover, or is the damage already done?
