The anime's poll consists of a weekly vote to choose the best scene from each episode. Fans vote for their favorite scene while episodes of Oshi no Ko are airing.

Voting takes place on the official Oshi no Ko, where fans simply need to press the vote button when they decide on their favorite scene from the episode. According to the website's rules, viewers can vote up to 10 times per episode. After the broadcast, the most voted scene will be revealed on the website and social media. In addition, the overall rankings of the most voted scenes from the episodes released so far have already been published.

Synopsis:
The story follows a doctor named Gorou, a fan of aidol16-year-old Ai Hoshin. One day, Hoshino appears at his office, claiming to be pregnant with twins, but her manager tells her to abort the babies. However, the idol refuses to abort; she wants to have both children. Gorou promises her a safe delivery. Little does he know that an encounter with a mysterious figure will result in his premature death, or so he thought.
