Ruby and Aqua Hoshino from Oshi no Ko are the cover models for the August issue of the Japanese fashion magazine SPUR. The twin siblings are the highlight of the magazine, glamorously illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari, the manga's illustrator.

The magazine cover was released ahead of its official launch on June 22nd. This way, we can see how stunning Aqua and Ruby look, wearing Tiffany and Dior jewelry in colors matching their starry eyes and outfits from famous Japanese designers. Additionally, the magazine will also include an exclusive interview with Yokoyari and Aka Akasaka.
Synopsis:
The story follows a doctor named Gorou, a fan of a 16-year-old idol named Ai Hoshino. One day, Hoshino appears at his office, claiming to be pregnant with twins, but her manager tells her to abort the babies. However, the idol refuses to abort; she wants to have both children. Gorou promises her a safe delivery. Little does he know that an encounter with a mysterious figure will result in his premature death, or so he thought. However, upon opening his eyes in the arms of his beloved idol, Gorou discovers he has been reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino, Ai's newborn son! With his world turned upside down, Gorou soon discovers that the world of showbiz is full of controversies, where talent doesn't always bring success.
Finally, Akasaka and Yokoyari launched the manga in Young Jump 's Shueisha in 2020. Volume 11 of the manga was published on March 17, 2023 in Japan.
