Fans have been wanting to see a sequel to the Persona 4 anime for a while now, and for fans of the saga, the wait is finally over.
As announced on a local TV show, the series has gained its new continuation, titled Persona 4 The Golden .
The staff and cast Atlus' games , including voice actors such as Daisuke Namikawa ( Yū Narukami from Persona 4 ) and Tomokazu Seki ( Kanji Tatsumi ), announced during the " Dark Hour TV ~ Persona Hour ~" live program that a new TV series would be adapted from Persona 4 The Golden ( Persona 4 Gold) from the PS Vita .
According to the staff , the new anime will retell the events of the first series , but will include a new character named Marie . Persona 4 The Golden : The Animation will premiere in July, a trailer for the new saga can already be seen below.
