The official Meganebu! streamed the anime's second promotional video. In the video, Akira Sōma introduces himself as the outspoken president and founder of the glasses club. Studio DEEN is handling all the animation, and Deco Akao (Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge, Arakawa Under the Bridge) is supervising the series scripts.

The anime is scheduled to premiere in October. Soubi Yamamoto, known for her work on the OVAs Kono Danshi, Uchuujin to Tatakaemasu and Kono Danshi, Ningyo Hiroimashita, is directing the animation.
