New season of the anime is currently airing

The fourth season of the anime was structured in two arcs. The first, called "Loss Arc," premiered on April 8th. The second, "Recapture Arc," is scheduled to begin on August 12th, 2026.

Production maintains strategic division of arcs

Thus, the new season will have 19 episodes. However, the Crunchyroll streams the episodes simultaneously with Japan. The split format allows for a deeper exploration of the story's events with more narrative focus.

Finally, the first season of the anime premiered in April 2016 with 25 episodes, solidifying the series among the most popular titles in the isekai genre.
