Synopsis:
The story revolves around four girls, each with their own unique weapon and powers, studying to become Slayers at Beacon Academy in the city of Vale: the enthusiastic and idealistic Ruby Rose, the cold and controlling Weiss Schnee, the reserved Blake Belladonna, as well as Ruby's combative half-sister Yang Xiao Long. Together, they form Team RWBY, contemporaries of Teams CRDL ("cardinal"), JNPR ("juniper"), and CFVY ("coffee").
Thus, the direction is by Toshimasa Suzuki at studio SHAFT and the series composition by Tow Ubukata. RWBY is an animated series produced by Rooster Teeth Animation in the United States, with a Japanese animation style.
Finally, after several promotional videos, the series premiered in July 2013. Furthermore, episodes were released bi-weekly on YouTube, where it received a second season in July 2014.
