Shiroi Suna no Aquatope – New promotional video revealed for the second part of the anime

The official website of studio PA WORKS has released a new promotional video for the anime Shiroi Suna no Aquatope, as well as a new image and more voice actors to join the cast in the second part of the adaptation.

The video showcases the anime's second opening theme song, "Tomedonai Shiosai ni Bokutachi wa Nani wo Utau Darōou ka," by the group ARCANA PROJECT. Check it out:

Synopsis

The series takes place at the Gama Gama Aquarium, a small aquarium in Okinawa, an hour's bus ride from Naha. Kukuru Misakino is an 18-year-old high school student who works there, and she knows the aquarium's "secret": sometimes you can see mysterious things. One day, Kukuru encounters Fuuka in front of a water tank, her hair loose and a tear rolling down her face.

Shiroi Suna no Aquatope premiered in Japan on July 8, 2021.
