The anime adaptation of the manga Tamon-kun Ima Docchi! (Tamon's B-Side) has received its first promotional trailer. It will be released in January 2026.
The series is directed by Chika Nagaoka, with composition and script by Chiaki Nagai and character design by Yoko Ito. The animation is by JCSTAFF (One Punch Man).
Synopsis:
Utage Kinoshita is a student who works part-time as a housekeeper to support her crush on Tamon Fukuhara, a member of the band F/ACE. When fate accidentally leads her to her idol's house, she encounters a Tamon very different from the sexy and wild persona he displays on stage. Tamon is, in fact, an insecure person on the verge of giving up. Determined not to let anything stand in her idol's way, Utage decides to intervene. After all, what can a devoted fan do besides dedicate herself body and soul to supporting her favorite singer?
Finally, “Tamon's B-Side” (Tamon-kun Ima Docchi!?) began as a one-shot published in Hakusensha in August 2021.
