The official Twitteraccount for the anime Alice Gear Aegis Expansion confirmed that the series will premiere in April of this year. That said, a promotional image was released confirming the premiere.

The animation is by studio Nomad, directed by Hirokazu Hanai. Rikiya Okano designs the characters. Kenji Sugihara writes the scripts. The developer Pyramid is supervising the production.
Synopsis:
The game takes place in Tokyo in the near future. Players will assume the role of a commander, leading an army called the Tokyo Shard. Together with the girls from Alice Gear, their job is to save the people who wander the vast universe. Their first target is Narukozaka Manufacturing.
Finally, it's worth remembering that Alice Gear Aegis received an OVA adaptation in 2021.
