Possible new Waifu with Alya Alya Sometimes

The potential new Russian-speaking Waifu, now scheduled to debut in Japan between July and September of 2024, instead of April to June 2024.

The production team mentioned that the delay aims to improve the experience for all fans, but this has left many people suspicious. What could be happening behind the scenes of this highly anticipated anime?

Therefore, Ryota Itoh (My Senpai Is Annoying, Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie) is directing the anime at Doga Kobo and is also in charge of the series scripts. Yūhei Murota (Love Live! School idol project) is designing the characters and also serves as chief animation director. Ryō Kobayashi is the series producer.

Synopsis:

Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou is the "Lonely Princess" of Seiren Private Academy. She is, therefore, a half-Russian beauty with silver hair, the top of her class, a member of the student council, and completely unapproachable. However, she is constantly berating her neighbor and lazy classmate Masachika Kuze… or at least that's how it seems on the outside, because he doesn't really bother her that much. She even allows him to call her by her nickname, Alya. But then she often murmurs to herself in Russian what she really feels for him, because nobody seems to understand her, right?! In fact, there is one person who understands her embarrassing revelations, but Masachika pretends not to know.
