Square Enix has announced that Miyuki Tonogaya 's manga , " The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague , " is inspiring an anime .

Synopsis
This "workplace fantasy romantic comedy" revolves around Himuro-kun, a modern-day descendant of the Snow Woman from Japanese folklore, and his seemingly distant, eccentric, and kind colleague Fuyutsuki. Himuro-kun tends to freeze nearby objects or summon a snowstorm when agitated, and he also harbors a secret crush on Fuyutsuki. However, Fuyutsuki is almost completely oblivious to everything around her.
Yui Ishikawa will play Fuyutsuki , while Chiaki Kobayashi will play Himuro-kun.
Mankyuu (Sumikkogurashi – Good to be in the corner) is directing the anime at Zero-G and the newly established studio Liber (established in 2021). The team plans to announce more details about the anime on August 3rd.
