The movie The Quintessential Quintuplets (Gotoubun no Hanayome) has been announced as a direct sequel to the anime. According to the official website, the new film will be released in theaters next year.
Synopsis of the anime:
One day, in his second year of high school, under the name Futaro Uesugi, he comes across an offer to be a well-paid private tutor. But his students are his classmates! And they are quintuplets.
Furthermore, the manga Gotoubun no Hanayome was adapted into a 12-episode anime by Tezuka Productions , directed by Satoshi Kuwabara.
