The anime The Vermilion Mask (Shiro no Kamen) has had its premiere confirmed for 2026, reinforcing the release schedule already anticipated by fans of supernatural action. Production remains under the responsibility of 100studio, a label of WOW Studio, which retains the previously announced creative team.

Tetsuaki Watanabe, known for Blue Lock, is directing the project with direct input from the manga's authors, Nabana Naba and Dr. Poro. In this way, the anime preserves the original vision of the work published by Shonen Gahosha, while simultaneously expanding its scope.
The story follows Peru, a young apprentice craftsman who loses control after using a cursed mask. The disaster results in the death of his master and colleagues. Consumed by remorse, he embarks on a journey to destroy all the masks ever created, facing powerful enemies and unpredictable alliances.
Furthermore, each mask grants distinct supernatural abilities, which raises the level of the confrontations. Therefore, The Vermilion Mask establishes itself as one of the most intense action anime series slated for 2026.
