The light novel The World's Strongest Witch: I'm Starting My Free Life in a World Where Only I Can See the Online Strategy Guide (Sekai Saikyō no Majo, Hajimemashita), by Mochimaru Sakaki, will be adapted into an anime. The announcement from Square Enix confirms the premiere for October 2026.

The series is directed by Joji Furuta, known for works such as eLDLIVE and Double Decker! Doug & Kirill, with animation by studios Bridge and Aisle. The script is by Shoji Yonemura, while the character design is by Yuki Morimoto.

Synopsis
The story follows Rona Hermit, voiced by Azusa Tachibana, a young woman expelled from her home after awakening an ability considered useless. However, she discovers how to use the power "Internet," which allows her to access information and obtain rare items with ease.
The novel began its publication in 2022 on the Shosetsuka ni Naro and quickly gained a print version from Square Enix, with illustrations by riritto. Currently, the work has five volumes released as of May 2025.
Regarding the manga of The World's Strongest Witch
In addition to the novel, the series also received a manga adaptation by Tamaki Toga, published on Kodansha's Comic Days service since 2023. The work has already accumulated more than ten collected volumes, expanding its presence among digital readers.
Meanwhile, Yen Press is distributing the English version of the light novels, strengthening the franchise's international reach. With the anime's premiere scheduled, the title further expands its presence in the global market.
