The official website announced the second season of the anime Youjo Senki (Saga of Tanya the Evil). According to the announcement, the entire staff that worked on the first season will return.

Thus, the first season arrived in 2017 with 12 episodes and was produced by Studio NUT, directed by Yutaka Uemura , and written by Kenta Ihara.
Synopsis of Youjo Senki:
The first season revolves around a young girl fighting on the front lines of the war. She has blonde hair, blue eyes, and almost translucent white skin, and she flies through the air, mercilessly taking down her opponents. Her name is Tanya Degurechov, she speaks with the pronunciation of a child, and she commands an army. Tanya used to be an elite official in Japan's ruling class, but because of an angry god, she was reborn as a girl.
Youjo Senki is a Japanese light novel series written by Carlo Zen and illustrated by Shinobu Shinotsuki. Enterbrain published fourteen volumes starting October 31, 2013. Finally, a manga adaptation with art by Chika Tōjō began serialization in Kadokawa Shoten Comp Ace Magazine on April 26, 2016.
