It was revealed on the official To Love-Ru: Trouble Darkness website that the OVA will be released alongside the 17th volume of the manga, by Kentaro Yabuki and Saki Hasemi , on December 2nd.
The second part of the new OVAs will adapt chapters 54 (First accident? – Hajimete no) and 55 (I think – Ippo Mae ni) of the manga. Chosen by fans in a vote.
The first part will be released with the 16th volume of the manga on July 4th, and will focus on Sephie, the mother of the Deviluke sisters, and will adapt chapter 49 of the manga (“Utsukushisugiru – Mother Tenshi”) and chapter 50 (“The Charm – Idai Naru haha”).
