Trigun Stargaze receives visual and trailer for season 2

The second season of Trigun , titled Stargaze, has received its first trailer and visual. It is set to premiere in January 2026, animated by Studio Orange.

Therefore, the first season of the anime premiered in January 2023 with 12 episodes.

Synopsis

Two and a half years have passed since the Lost July disaster, when an entire city was reduced to ruin. Now a veteran reporter, Meryl continues her search for Vash alongside her new partner, Milly. During this investigation, she reunites with Nicholas, and together they discover a disturbing connection to a new wave of attacks on Plant Systems—possibly the work of Millions Knives' followers.

Meanwhile, Vash lives in secret under the name Eriks, in a small town in the countryside. His peace, however, is interrupted when a girl named Jessica, bringing a distress call from the third ship, "Home". To protect those he loves and confront the ghosts of his past, Vash decides to act—even if it means facing his ultimate destiny.

When all these lines intersect, a mysterious transmission echoes from space:
“We are a fleet of Earth colonists. Those who wish may depart with us for a new world…”

Therefore, the final chapter: TRIGUN STARGAZE. Set two and a half years after the events of STAMPEDE, this new story promises to conclude the long journey of Vash — the man who never gave up on his ideal.

Published between 1995 and 2007, TRIGUNhas captivated generations with its vast and meticulously constructed universe, set on a desert planet.
