Fans can now celebrate, as the light novel WataNare ( Watashi ga Koibito ni Nareru Wakenaijan, Muri Muri! or Muri Janakatta!? ) is finally getting its long-awaited anime adaptation. Furthermore, a trailer and a promotional image have already been revealed, further increasing anticipation for the release.
WataNare anime will take place in the summer season of 2025 with animation by the MOTHER studio.

WataNare Synopsis :
"I'm going to achieve the perfect school life!" Rena Amori decides to completely change her life when she enters high school, after spending her adolescence as a loner. She dreams of living as a popular girl with lots of friends, but her introverted personality almost suffocates her in this new environment.
WataNare is a Japanese yuri light novel series written by Teren Mikami and illustrated by Eku Takeshima. Shueisha has released six volumes since February 2020 under its Dash X Bunko imprint. However, a manga adaptation with art by Musshu was released in Niconico Seiga's Dash X Comic section in May 2020. The manga has also been licensed in Brazil by Panini.
