Synopsis: Your Broken Saintess
The story follows Rua, a would-be saint capable of healing people by transferring their injuries to her own body. Although she was a constant target of attacks and humiliation, she trusted her friend Arianne. However, after saving Commander Garrett from death, Rua discovers that all the credit was stolen by her companion.
After the betrayal, Rua crosses paths with the second prince and begins a new journey marked by revenge and political manipulation. The webtoon gained popularity precisely because of the contrast between dark fantasy, psychological drama, and elements of a villain reinterpreted within the genre of manga and novels.
The original webtoon Your Broken Saintess debuted in 2022 on the comic platform, while the English version was released by Pocket Comics. The main story ended in June 2025, but extra chapters continue to be published irregularly after the announcement of an indefinite hiatus for the work.
In addition to this title, Animation ID has also produced other "light anime," a format known for its simplified animation style and faster production. To keep up with more anime and future anime seasons, stay tuned to AnimeNews.
