Yubisaki to Renren – Anime adaptation announced

A website was opened this Wednesday (05) to announce the anime adaptation of the manga Yubisaki to Renren (A Sign of Affection) by Suu Morishita.

In addition, promotional artwork and video, the main cast and production team, as well as the scheduled premiere date of January 2024, were released to the public.

Synopsis

Yuki is a typical university student whose world revolves around her friends, social media, and the latest promotions. But when a chance encounter on the train leads her to meet Itsuomi-san, a friend of a friend and fellow student, her world begins to expand. However, even though Itsuomi-kun speaks three languages, sign language isn't one of them. Will the two be able to learn to communicate and express the developing feelings between them?

Morishita launched the manga in Kodansha's Dessert magazine in July 2019. Furthermore, the work was nominated for the Best Shōjo Manga award at the Annual Kodansha Manga Awards in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
