The publisher Kadokawa announced today that the light novel “Yuusha, Yamemasu: Tsugi no Shokuba wa Maoujou (I'm Quitting Heroing)” adaptation anime that will premiere in April 2022.

Yuu Nobuta will be the chief director, while Hisashi Ishii is directing the adaptation at studio EMT Squared. Shigeru Murakoshi is in charge of the series scripts, and Yuki Nakano is designing the characters.
Synopsis
Hey! You who are bothered by your job, I present to you the story of a Hero who gave up his career. After saving the world, Hero Leo, who had nowhere else to go (since such overwhelming power was useless in a world of peace), decided to go for a job interview, and guess what, the workplace was the demonic army he had fought against in the past.
“Yuusha, Yamamasu” began its serialization on the story website “Kakuyomu” in January 2017.
