The anime BanG Dream! YumeMita has received a new promotional video showcasing the series' opening theme song. Additionally, the production released a clean version of the opening sequence and new promotional art, highlighting the virtual band Mugendai Mewtype.

New song from Mugendai Mewtype
The opening uses the song “Kore wa Boku-tachi no Seizon no Arasuji” (Our Survival), composed by Tomoya Tabuchi, a member of the band Unison Square Garden. The virtual group Mugendai Mewtype consists of Arale Nakamachi (vocals), Nonoka Miyanaga and Ritsu Minetsuki (guitars), Miyako Fuji (keyboards), and Yuno Sengoku, who is responsible for DJing and sound manipulation.
Inspired by the BanG Dream! multimedia universe, the project relies on virtual characters and original music to expand the franchise. The initiative also strengthens the presence of digital bands within the series.
BanG Dream YumeMita Team and Release Date
The direction is in the hands of Tomomi Umetsu, known for his work on BanG Dream! FILM LIVE 2nd Stage and Morfonication. Studio NICHICALINE is producing the animation, while Midori Gotō is supervising the scripts. The soundtrack is produced by PHYZ and Bushiroad Music.
The anime premieres on July 2nd with the airing of the first three episodes on Japanese TV. The expectation is that the series will further expand the BanG Dream! universe, focusing on the journey of Mugendai Mewtype.
