anime adaptation of the light novel Chiyu Mahou no Machigatta Tsukaikata : Senjou wo Kakeru Kaifuku Youin has been revealed. According to reports , the announcement was in celebration of MF Books' 8th anniversary.
Synopsis:
Usato Ken is a normal second-year high school student. On a certain rainy day, the two most admired members of the student council, Inukami Suzune and Ryuusen Kazuki, notice he doesn't have an umbrella, so Kazuki lends him his. They end up chatting as they walk away together, but suddenly they are summoned to another world as heroes. It seems Ken was dragged along by the summoning by chance, but he can't return to Earth. What will he do? Will he cry in the corners or will he take action?!
The novel began serialization on Shōsetsuka ni Narō in March 2014, and MF Books released its 12th volume with illustrations by KeG on March 25, 2020.
Finally, the manga by author Reki Kyūgazan has been ongoing since 2017, with its 8th volume to be published on April 24, 2021.
