Kyoto Animation has released a teaser for the Chuunibyou film demo Koi ga Shitai . According to the official website, the film opens on September 14th in cinemas in Japan.

According to anime director Tatsuya Ishihara, the film will be an adaptation of the first season made with new elements to make it interesting for the audience. The crew and cast from the first season are returning for this film, the ending theme will be “Black Raison d'être”.
Synopsis:
Yūta Togashi is a boy who, during elementary school, had “adolescent delusions”, believing he was the “Master of Black Flames” and distancing himself from his classmates. Finding his past embarrassing, Yūta tries to start over in high school at a new school, free from his old delusions. This proves difficult, however, as another teenager with teenage delusions, a girl named Rikka Takanashi, finds out about Yūta's other identity and begins to become interested in him.
Therefore, the first season of the anime had premiered in Japan in October 2012. Sentai Filmworks acquired the series for distribution in North America.
A teaser aired to reveal that the anime had its “contract renewed.”
Finally, the June issue of Kadokawa Shoten Newtype magazine confirms that production on the second season has already started.
