The Fruits Basket anime has announced that its second season will premiere in 2020. Additionally, two new cast members have been mentioned: Takuya Eguchi and Ai Kakuma.
Fruits Basket received a new anime adaptation this year, with its first season consisting of 25 episodes and animated by TMS Entertainment. The manga by Natsuki Takaya had its first adaptation aired in 2001, by Studio Deen.
