Netflix has announced that the horror manga High-Rise Invasion will be receiving an anime adaptation. Netflix then released a trailer, which revealed the anime's premiere date as February 2021 .
Synopsis
High-Rise Invasion features high school student Yuri Honjo as its protagonist, who finds herself lost in an "abnormal space" where countless skyscrapers are connected by suspension bridges, and "masked figures" mercilessly massacre their confused and fleeing victims. To survive in this hellish world, she has two choices: kill the masked figures or die. Yuri is determined to survive and destroy this irrational world, but what will her ultimate fate be?
In addition, the two images below were also released, revealing the anime's visual style; the images were titled "mask version" and "human version," respectively.
