Kamisama Hajimemashita
- The latest issue of Hana to Yume brings news about the highly anticipated second season of Kamisama Hajimemashita (Kamisama Kiss). The original work by author Julietta Suzuki revealed that it is bringing back the entire cast from the first season. In addition to Akitaro Daichi directing the series at TMS Entertainment, Junko Yamanaka will provide character designs and also serve as animation director .
The magazine also lists the new cast members and dates that will be announced in the next issue of Hana to Yume , which will be released in Japan on September 20th . Suzuki began publishing his manga, Kamisama Hajimemashita, in 2008, and it currently has 18 published volumes.
The story of Kamisama Hajimemashita begins with Momozono Nanami's father, a man with a gambling addiction, disappearing after accumulating an extremely large debt. Soon after, she is evicted from her home by her creditors. When she helps a shy boy who was being chased by a dog, he tells her he will give her his house. She believes his persuasive words, but when she goes to the place… it turns out to be a temple. Furthermore, a boy with fox ears appears, which confuses Nanami even more. What will happen to poor, homeless Nanami?
