Fuji TV announced this Friday that it will open a new slot in its programming dedicated to anime, airing the anime adaptation of the game Monster Hunter Stories in mid-2016, for the first time in 10 years. The RPG game will also be released in 2016 for Nintendo 3DS.
The new broadcast time for the anime will be from 6:00-7:00 AM Japan time. The last time Fuji TV did something similar with its programming was when it began airing the One Piece at 9:30 AM on Sundays on October 1, 2006.

Monster Hunter Stories
モンスターハンター
Monster Hunter Stories is an Action/RPG game (more action than RPG) in which we guide a 'Hunter' as we please. Our mission in the game is simple: protect a village from attacks by monsters of proportions titanic. For each creature defeated, we will create new weapons and armor that will help us with our purpose.
The game has been in production at Capcom for over 5 years. It will be released for Nintendo 3DS in 2016
