The story features Eftal, a great sage who, after reaching the limits of his talent, is reincarnated 400 years in the future. However, he discovers a world where magic has severely declined. Using his past knowledge, the protagonist decides to take over the local magic academy.

Studio EMT Squared is producing the series, directed by Ishii Hisashi. Furthermore, well-known names make up the voice cast. Shuichiro Umeda plays the protagonist Eftal, while Reo Osanai gives life to the young Anastasia. Haruka Shiraishi completes the main trio as Merlin, the sage's former disciple.
