A light novel Ryōmin 0-nin Start no Henkyō Ryōshu-sama (The Frontier Lord Begins with Zero Subjects), written by Fuurou and illustrated by Kintaadaptation anime announced this Saturday (19). A celebratory visual gained prominence on social media.

However, the animation is by Animation Studio42.

Synopsis

A fantasy about a war hero who returns home and receives a piece of land as a reward for his deeds. So the problem? Just an empty, barren field of grass, with no inhabitants. Unsure how to begin cultivating this place, he ends up receiving unexpected help: a girl with horns, who teaches him that even the most desolate plains hide riches beyond what the eyes can see.

Therefore, the story began to be published as a web novel in January 2018 on the Japanese website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. Due to its success, Earth Star Entertainment decided to acquire it and officially released it under the Earth Star Novel in October of the same year.

The series also received a manga adaptation, illustrated by Yumbo, which debuted in December 2018 on the manga website Comic Earth Star.

Finally, the journey blends fantasy, adventure, and plenty of strategy to transform this forgotten territory into something grand.
